Frequently asked questions
What do I receive after upgrading to Pro? +
After payment your Google account email is automatically upgraded to Pro. Reopen the DiscordNotify sidebar in Google Forms and unlimited notifications will be active — no license key needed.
Can someone else pay on my behalf? +
Yes. When purchasing, enter the Gmail address of the person who needs Pro access. That account will be upgraded automatically — the payer email is not tied to the account.
How many Discord notifications can I send per day? +
Pro accounts have no limit from our side. You can receive as many notifications as your form receives submissions.
What counts as a user? +
A user is one Google Account email address. The Pro license applies to that account on any computer, as long as you're signed in with that email in Google Forms.
Do you look at or share my form data? +
No. DiscordNotify runs entirely inside Google Apps Script. Form responses go directly from Google to Discord — they never touch our servers. We only store your email and webhook URL to power the add-on.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel anytime from the Paddle customer portal. You'll find the link in your purchase confirmation email. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
