Common issues and fixes
Make sure you installed the add-on while signed into the correct Google account. Then open a Google Form™ (not Google Sheets or Docs) and check the Extensions menu. If it still doesn't appear, try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace™.
You need to add a webhook URL first before toggling notifications on. Click + Add, paste your Discord webhook URL, and hit Save. The toggle will then work correctly.
Check these three things: (1) The toggle is still set to On in the sidebar. (2) Your webhook URL is still valid — open Discord, go to the channel → Integrations → Webhooks and confirm the webhook still exists. (3) If you're on the Free tier, check whether you've hit your 30 notifications/month limit. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
This usually means the webhook URL is invalid or has been deleted in Discord. Go to your Discord channel → Integrations → Webhooks and create a new webhook. Copy the URL and paste it into the NotifyForm sidebar again, then hit Save before testing.
Close the sidebar and reopen it from Extensions → Open NotifyForm. Pro status is verified when the sidebar loads. Make sure you purchased with the same Google account email you use in Google Forms™. If you're still seeing Free after reopening, email us at contact@notifyform.com with your purchase email.
Make sure the toggle in the sidebar is set to On for this specific form — notifications are enabled per form. Also confirm your webhook URL is saved correctly by clicking the Test button. If the test works but real submissions don't, try toggling notifications off and back on to reinstall the trigger.
You can cancel anytime from the Paddle customer portal. The link is in your purchase confirmation email. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
